Descriptions of CNG Pressure Reducing skid
CNG is short for compressed natural gas, CNG pressure reducer 20MPa compressed natural gas through two or three levels of pressure regulation, after the pressure regulation to release the normal pressure of natural gas output gas pipe network. Connected with the CNG transport vehicle with high-pressure hose and quick fitting joint, compressed natural gas (below 22Mpa) enters the primary heat exchanger through the filter, ball valve and emergency cut-off valve, and heats the gas in the primary heat exchanger. After the primary voltage regulator is adjusted to 0.7 ~ 1.2MPa, after the secondary heat exchanger and the secondary voltage regulator is reduced to 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa (if the outlet pressure requirement is lower, it must be reduced to three levels), the flow meter is entered for flow calculation, and the natural gas is deodorized before leaving the station. All levels of pressure, temperature and emergency cut-off valves in the reducing station are linked with the central control system.
