This vaporizer is capable of handling a wide pressure range from 0.2 to 40 MPa. It is available in capacities ranging from 50 to 10,000 Nm³/h, ensuring flexibility for different applications. The main body of the vaporizer is made of durable stainless steel or carbon steel, ensuring long-lasting performance.

The inner heat exchanger tubes are constructed from stainless steel or rust-resistant aluminum alloy, providing excellent heat transfer efficiency. For safety, the system is equipped with low and high-temperature alarms, and a low liquid level indicator can be customized as needed.

The vaporizer is also designed with an emergency shut-off valve for quick response in case of malfunction. Additionally, it features an explosion-proof electrical control box and heating tube for added security.
